Shipping Policy


(For orders placed online at for shipment within the UK)

We offer free shipping over a certain threshold. If the order is under this amount shipping charges will be applied. You’ll find the minimum order amount in the online shop and also when you go to check out.

We dispatch orders within two working days under normal circumstances. Although we aim to deliver your products as soon as possible, we are not able to provide an exact date or time for the goods to arrive at you. Once your order is ready to be delivered, you will be notified with an estimated delivery time by email.

If you are not at home when the courier tries to deliver, they will give you instructions on how to proceed. We are not responsible for any extra charges that you may incur for not being at home on the day of the delivery (e.g.transport expenses to the courier warehouse to collect the parcel).

Courier prices exclude UK Highlands/Island & fuel surcharges.

Refund Policy


Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For your products to be eligible for a return, they must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will inspect it. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Credit will automatically apply to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before posting your refund.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before posting your refund.

  • Sale items (if applicable)

We only refund regular priced items. Unfortunately, we can not refund sale items.

  • Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at and we will let you know how to proceed.

  • Gifts

If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail a gift certificate to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will receive notice of the return.

  • Shipping

To make a return, you should mail your product to Reinos de Taifas warehouse in the United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

If you are shipping products for return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please be prepared to wait up to five working days to receive an exchange.
