  • UK: Free shipping is available on orders over a certain value.

  • EU: Free shipping is available on orders over a certain value.

Customs & Duties (EU):

  • Import VAT or customs fees may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver, they will provide instructions on how to proceed. We are not responsible for any additional charges that you may incur if you are not at home on the day of delivery (e.g., transport expenses to the courier warehouse to collect the parcel).

Courier prices exclude the UK Highlands/Islands and fuel surcharges.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

Return window: 28 days from the date of delivery. 
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within a few business days after inspection.

 

5. Exchanges

Only available for faulty or damaged items. Contact us via email to arrange.

 

6. Gift Returns

If marked as a gift, returns may be refunded as store credit. Otherwise, the original buyer will receive the refund.
