Delivery FAQ
Your order number will be in your dispatch email, and you can track your parcel from there. However, you can only track a parcel after it has been dispatched.
As soon as you place your order, we will be on it. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes as it is already being processed at the warehouse.
Our items do come back in stock. Please keep checking or sign up for our email list.
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible via Whatsapp or email at info@reinosdetaifas.com.
When you message, please include the following information:
Your name
Order number
Product name of the item ordered
Product name of the item received
Picture of the incorrect item
We are sorry to hear that you received an item that is not in perfect condition. Please contact us via Whatsapp or email at info@reinosdetaifas.com so we can fix this as soon as possible.
When you first contact us, please include the following information:
Your Name, Order Number, Product Name, Picture of the fault and a Description of the fault.
The product name can be found on your order confirmation email.
We will process your order as soon as we receive it. Unfortunately, you cannot change the delivery address on your order.
The carrier has been unable to deliver your parcel to you (you may not have been in, or they might not have been able to access your property). If your tracking shows it has been returned to us, you have two options:
- If you still want the product delivered, please get in touch with us via Whatsapp or at info@reinosdetaifas.com.
- Please contact us if you would prefer a refund. We will process the refund as soon as possible. However, depending on the banks’ processing times, some refunds could take up to 14 days.
Returns (for UK & EU)
What is your Returns Policy?
You have 28 days from receiving it to return the product to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Returns FAQ
Once you decide to return the product, you will arrange your courier. Please contact us via Whatsapp or info@reinosdetaifas.com, and we will provide you with the address of our warehouse.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
A refund will take up to 14 days, depending on the processing times of banks.
Once you have arranged to return the products, contact us via WhatsApp or info@reinosdetaifas.com with proof of postage.
Delivery charges will be non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item.
We process returns as soon as possible, but some refunds can take up to 14 days.
For certain banks and credit cards, your refund may appear on the same date as the original purchase; at times, it can appear as the same transaction. If you paid through PayPal, it may take up to 48 hours to receive your refund confirmation email before the refund is reflected in your account. If your bank account is linked to your PayPal account, it can take 14 days for this refund to reach your bank account due to PayPal processing times.
Please wait 14 days before contacting us regarding your refund. After 14 days, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email at info@reinosdetaifas.com with your name, order number, the name of the product you returned, and a photograph of your proof of postage.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer an exchange facility. Return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Once we receive your unwanted items, we will process your refund.
