Delivery FAQ
You can track your order here.
Your order number will be in your dispatch email. You can only track a parcel after it has been dispatched.
As soon as you place your order, we will be on it. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes as it is already being processed at the warehouse.
Our items do come back in stock. Please keep checking or sign up for our email list.
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible via Whatsapp or email at info@reinosdetaifas.com.
When you message, please include the following information:
Your name
Order number
Product name of the item ordered
Product name of the item received
Picture of the incorrect item
We are sorry to hear that you received an item that is not in perfect condition. Please contact us via Whatsapp or email at info@reinosdetaifas.com so we can fix this as soon as possible.
When you first contact us, please include the following information:
Your Name, Order Number, Product Name, Picture of the fault and a Description of the fault.
The product name can be found on your order confirmation email.
We will process your order as soon as we receive it. Unfortunately, you cannot change the delivery address on your order.
The carrier has been unable to deliver your parcel to you (you may not have been in, or they might not have been able to access your property). If your tracking shows it has been returned to us, you can wait for your parcel to return, and we will give you a refund when it does. A typical refund will take up to 21 days, which means it takes 14 days for the parcel to arrive back at our warehouse and for us to process it with up to 7 days to make its way through the banking system.

What is your Returns Policy?
You have 28 days from receiving it to return the product to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this time.
Returns FAQ
A refund will take up to 14 days.
We will update and email you as soon as your parcel arrives at our warehouse and when we have processed your refund.
We process returns as soon as possible, but some refunds can take up to 14 days.
For certain banks and credit cards, your refund may appear on the same date as the original purchase; at times, it can appear as the same transaction. If you paid through PayPal, it may take up to 48 hours to receive your refund confirmation email before the refund is reflected in your account. If your bank account is linked to your PayPal account, it can take 14 days for this refund to reach your bank account due to PayPal processing times.
Please wait 14 days before contacting us regarding your refund. After 14 days, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email at info@reinosdetaifas.com with your name, order number, the name of the product you returned, and a photograph of your proof of postage.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer an exchange facility. Return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Once we receive your unwanted items, we will process your refund.
